Press Release: Japan International Property Awards Fetes Three Philippine Developers, One Special Awardee In Tokyo

In a night of glamour and auspicious Japanese courtesy, the Japan International Property Awards feted Southeast Asia's best. Included among those are three Philippine developers, with one awarded a special plaque.

TOKYO — Three Philippine developers bagged three awards, namely the Best Green Feature Development for Arya Residences by ArthaLand, the Best Luxury High Rise Condominium for Park Central by Ayala Land Premier, both situated in Metro Manila. Tagaytay-based Crosswinds by Vista Land’s Brittany Corporation was feted as the Best Family Friendly Development.

Meanwhile, an Award for Excellence was given to Ortigas & Company as the Fastest Growing Real Estate Company in the region. 

The Japan International Property Awards (JIPA), hosted by the Japanese real estate marketplace PropertyAccess.co, awarded Southeast Asia’s best developers and projects. 29 entries from Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines made it to the final round where only 9 winners were chosen. 

The awardees for 6 other JIPA awards were Maldives’ Singha Estate from Maldives, Malaysia’s M101 Holdings and Alpine Return, bagging two awards, and Thailand’s Apex Development and MQDC, also bagging two awards.

Set in the posh Andaz Toranomon Hills by Hyatt last November 14, 2018, the awards night was hosted by Miss International Japan 2017 Natsuki Tsutsui and PropertyAccess Philippines Managing Director Michael Needham. PropertyAccess.co CEO Hiroki Kazato, co-founder Sheila Baylon, and Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa also graced the event.

The next JIPA awards night is set on September 2019, with the start of nominations to be announced by early next year, host PropertyAccess.co added.*
